HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Most items however will ship much faster than that

Once shipped, delivery within:

  • USA: 3-7 Business Days
  • Canada: 8-14 Business Days
  • Europe: 8-14 Business Days
  • International: 8-14 Business Days

NOTICE: Our store has products that are produced and shipped from different locations. If you order more than one item from us then most likely the items will arrive in separate packages. They will also sometimes arrive on different days. The delivery time of your product is stated on the sales page. Just remember that it is normal for your order to arrive in separate packages.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because our items are made to order, we have the following rules:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective or we sent the wrong item, please email us at support@osakacat.com within 30 days. Please include a photo of the item. You do not need to return the item to us; we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Sizing and Color: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing or color choices. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
