Refund Policy
At OsakaCat, all of our products are made to order. This means each item is printed specifically for you only after you place your order. Because of this custom process, we have specific rules regarding refunds and returns.
Incorrect Sizing or Color
Please review the size chart and color options carefully before placing your order. Since items are created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect sizing or color choices.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@osakacat.com.
To process your request, please include the following in your email:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the item showing the damage or the wrong item received.
For items that are confirmed as damaged or incorrect:
- We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.
- There is no need to return the original item to us.
30-Day Reporting Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to report any defects or shipping errors. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items with incorrect sizing or color chosen by the customer.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Personalized or customized products.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
