How long after ordering is my order shipped?

We typically ship all orders within 2–4 business days. Most items ship out quickly after production is complete.

How long does shipping take?

  • USA:Β 3–7 business days
  • Canada:Β 8–14 business days
  • Europe:Β 8–14 business days
  • Rest of World:Β 8–14 business days

Which carrier do you use?

Most orders are shipped via USPS. For international orders, your local postal carrier will handle final delivery once the package reaches your country.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so if you'd like to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away.

Can I return my purchase?

We accept refunds or replacements only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
